Ashleé S. Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) specializing in co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. She uses evidence-based practices to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. As a woman of color, Ashleé is a strong advocate for BIPOC mental wellness. She co-founded BLK Haven to connect Black clients with Black therapists and empower Black clinicians to build private practices. Ashleé also runs Ashleé Eden, a CBT-focused private practice. Licensed in California and Hawaii, she holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Chaminade University. A military wife, and mother, Ashleé loves traveling, organizing, and is an enthusiastic creative who enjoys planning and hosting social events.

Dr. Tiana Rogers (she/her) is a serial entrepreneur, transformational coach, philanthropist, and
social impact researcher. As co-founder and Chief Impact Officer of BLK Haven, she empowers underrepresented individuals in leadership, business, mental health, and wellness. Dr. Rogers leverages her formal training as a researcher to assist high-impact leaders in building the competencies they need to succeed both personally and professionally. Recognized among the Top 50 Women Leaders of Utah for 2023 & 2024, she is known for mentoring ambitious women in career reinvention and wealth building. Dr. Rogers is an international instructor, speaker, and impact expert on a mission to build a community of 1 million women committed to building a legacy of empowered wealth and purposeful living!

Dr. Thara Vayali (she/her) is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of hey freya. Her company is on a mission to reimagine women’s wellness and radically shift how women show up in the world and care for themselves. hey freya provides women with a path from burnout to renewal, through state-of-the-art biomarker testing with proprietary evidence-based supplement recommendations, and culturally competent health coaching. She holds a BSc in Nutritional Sciences from the University of British Columbia  and a Masters in Education & Communications from Royal Roads University, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as an ND. She practiced as a licensed naturopathic physician in Vancouver and has over 10 years of clinical experience in women’s health. Her path into motherhood – and recognizing how many of us feel helpless in our healthcare journey – has compelled her to advocate for broad scale awareness about women’s physiology and body literacy. She speaks internationally and writes about health and wellness, stress, resilience, empathy, and mindfulness.

Jeanni L. Johnson (she/her) is a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota and New York, and CEO of For Love & Psych, LLC. With a Master of Science from Columbia University, she brings a decade of expertise in mental health and addictive disorders. At the Nathan S. Kline Institute, she conducted research to promote equity. Jeanni’s integrative approach to therapy encourages clients to overcome personal barriers with compassion. Based in Westchester, NY, she is a beacon of empathy and expertise, leading individuals towards self-discovery and empowerment in their mental health and well-being journey.

Dr. Shana D. Lewis (she/her) a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, transitioned to Executive Wellness Coach. With degrees in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, she founded SDL Enterprises, LLC, and the nonprofit Her VOICE. She empowers survivors of domestic violence and high-achieving women through her wellness programs and coaching. A sought-after speaker and business coach, Dr. Shana emphasizes the importance of self-care and has been featured on major media outlets like CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, and ABC. She helps professional women achieve clarity and focus to live abundantly and create harmony in their lives.
